Sustainability is not only about environmental conservation but talks about Social responsibility, and Economic development. Sustainable design & development should be adopted as a philosophy of life which helps the communities live happy & healthy lives. It should aim to work with nature rather than against it.


For the future generations to survive we need to take care of our present resources. Sustainability can no longer be a choice. It is a necessity of the present.


Keeping the same in mind, IVS School Of Design has started the Online course in Sustainable Architecture. This course demystifies & helps understand the alternative terms like ‘Green Architecture, Biophilia, Climatic Responsive Architecture, Eco-friendly Building, Energy Efficient Buildings’. The curriculum is supported by the eminent Architects & Sustainable practitioners discussing their projects and providing invaluable suggestions on the impact project. Understand the equation between the governments and international agencies laying the roadmap to promote Sustainable buildings with this course.


This program offers an opportunity to expand students' knowledge base for finding Holistic Solutions for sustainability keeping in mind the social, economical and environmental development. The main focus is to take sustainable practices from lab to land through a network of participants with IVS as the catalyst.
