Wattle and daub: A form of wall construction consisting of upright posts or stakes interwoven with twigs or tree branches and plastered with a mixture of clay and straw. composed of wooden strips that are woven like lace and then covered with soil, clay, straw, and feces from animals. When putting together, the woven wattle resembles a basket. However, the strips create a lot of holes that make for poor insulation.
Rammed Earth: Rammed earth walls are constructed by ramming a mixture of selected aggregates, including gravel, sand, silt and a small amount of clay, into place between flat panels called formwork.
Adobe is a building material made from earth and organic materials. Adobe is a mixture of clay, sand, and silt with good plastic qualities that will dry to a hard uniform mass.

Earth bag construction is an inexpensive building method using mostly local soil to create structures which are both strong and can be quickly built. Creating a barrier or for flood control. Jute Sacks are filled with moistened earth that is set on the wall and compressed using a hand tamper.
